At PSV LAW, we know that hiring the right lawyer can be a daunting process. Our fee structure is set up in such a way so that your life is less complicated. We understand that each client has their own preferences, and we offer the flexibility of either of the two billing systems:

• Block Fee Billing
• Hourly Fee Billing

Though we do offer hourly rates, our clients usually prefer to opt for "block fee" billing, knowing that the cost of the case will never exceed the the block fee amount. Moreover, the "block fee" system comes with the peace of mind of knowing that lawyer consultations are included. 

"How much will my criminal case cost me?"

The average criminal case resolution in general runs between $3000-$5000, depending on the length and complexity of the case. A trial will likely be more, given the length (half day, full day, multiple day). All cases are different, but with payment plans suited to YOUR needs and block fees clients know what will be charged at each step of the case.
